MARIUSZ

BACKGROUND

Most of my professional career has been spent within the building trade, working in and around London. I’ve progressed quickly, namely due to my keen eye for design, can-do attitude and ability to work closely with clients by really listening to their needs! Fortunately, this has resulted in virtually all of our new business stemming from client referrals. Consulting with clients to bring their vision to life, through the creation of unique and bespoke spaces, is my life’s passion.

EXPERIENCE

Coming from a family of master builders, I’d be lying if I said the trade wasn’t in my blood! My particular focus now is in the project management side of things, so I look after all the planning, organising of logistics, timings and client management. When needs be, I will also happily get my hands dirty with the nitty-gritty of any building work at hand! With a focused work ethic and strong attention to detail, my projects are planned to the nth degree and always executed to a high standard. Consistent communication of ideas, changes and progress with our clients is key to achieving great results.

INTERESTS

I live in East Sheen with my wife and young daughter. My love for the outdoors and nature means I’m often found enjoying the many walks along the Thames tow path, Richmond Park and surrounding area.

I also love photography, architecture and travelling. Experiencing new adventures while seeing the world through a different lens is one of my key passions. My love of design and architecture spans both modern and period styles – these often inspire our day-to-day projects.

PHILOSOPHY

I have an in-built focus on attention to detail – which means projects are always completed to an exceptional quality, in line with clients’ expectations. I’m also a people person! Communicating with my clients – along with engaging architects, designers and building regulation consultants – plays an integral role to ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Creativity is a key part of my job. As far as possible I try to apply creative and innovative solutions to projects, working closely with the clients along the way to share ideas. I set frequent check-in points with my team while projects are in progress so, by the time they’re complete and handed over to the client, they’re as happy as I am with the finished result!
